Nickl & Partner
The internationally operating office is dedicated to the planning and implementation of buildings in the health care sector, research, social housing and urban development for the private and public sectors.

In the areas of medical facilities, clinics and research institutes they are one of the leading German offices. Their highly specialized knowledge with regard to technology and construction materials and their innovative concepts have proven their worth through three decades.
Since the founding of Nickl & Partner in 1979, the team has grown to about 180 employees. National and international clients from all areas of health care, research and urban planning have entrusted them with planning and implementation.
In 2014, Magnus Nickl completed his architectural studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich (CH). During his time at the university, Mr. Nickl worked as a research assistant at the Department of Urban Design, ETH Zurich. His focus was the historical development of urban cores. During a three-year research visit to Singapore, Magnus Nickl carried out urban development projects in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
He is currently completing his PhD in urbanization processes in Singapore and Indonesia.
For Nickl & Partner, Magnus Nickl supported the construction of the new office in Zurich and is currently supervising the implementation of two major projects in Switzerland: the construction of the D-BSSE research and laboratory building in Basel and the construction of the Kantonsspital Baden. Mr. Nickl also supervises the office of Nickl & Partner in Jakarta, Indonesia.
