Fensterbau Frontale 2024 a complete success for Continental

Four jam-packed days, 75,000 visitors and 973 exhibitors from all over the world – that sums up this year’s Fensterbau Frontale, which attracted the international window, door and façade industry to Nuremberg from March 19 to 22. Continental was also on site, with a stand and concept that clearly stood out from the competition, focusing on the themes of diversity and, above all, comfort at all levels.

”...and it feels like home.” With this trade fair motto, Continental focused on the well-being aspect with a stand that demonstrated most impressively that the materials that surround us in our everyday lives have a major influence on how we feel. In short: at its cleverly designed trade fair stand, the surface expert showed what makes a house a home, creating a feel-good atmosphere for visitors.

On a total of 190 m2, international trade fair visitors had the opportunity to experience the Continental® woodec and Continental® mattex trade fair innovations. While the “Tropea Oak almond” and “Tropea Oak coffee” decors were the main focus of the former, several new colors and the “mattex Shine” type of uni-foil for Continental® mattex window profiles were presented.

Both products were presented in numerous different applications, ranging from window profiles, façade panels, fence elements and doors to storage boxes and, of course, the highlight of the Continental trade fair stand: the outdoor kitchen. The technology company also presented its patented “cool colors” technology, which ensures that windows in dark colors do not heat up or deform significantly. “The cool colors technology has become a classic, but it’s always great to present it live, because it allows everyone to experience it directly,” says Andreas Grüb, Head of Product Management and responsible for Exterior Living at Continental. A trade fair is ideal for this.

Of course, a trade fair is just as ideal for networking and making contacts. And the international Continental sales team did just that. “We can look back on a very successful trade fair,” enthuses Rainer Irouschek, Head of MBU Exterior Living at Continental. “We had a well-attended stand throughout every day of the trade fair and were able to hold many valuable discussions. The demand for A4 samples and collections was enormous.”
