The venue of the event is the newly opened 25hours Hotel "The Circle", designed by Werner Aisslinger. A guided tour by Monika Losos, Studio Aisslinger is included.
The national and international market for hotel and serviced apartments is booming – and there is no end in sight. Around 5,000 new hotel rooms are currently being built in the Ruhr area alone. In Hamburg, about 1,500 new accommodation rooms became available in 2018. This year, ten more buildings with around 2,000 rooms will open up. And eight new lifestyle houses have recently been launched in Munich, and another five will be added in 2019. A highly competitive market. Therefore, a distinctive style, which is based on the pulse of the city and the environment, is becoming increasingly important. From the architect's design to the interior design to the decoration, everything must be of the same vibe and theme.
