Decor partnership makes furniture even more attractive

Decor partnership makes furniture even more attractive | skai® furniture foil

Continental and MKT – two experts in their respective fields – are joining forces in a decor partnership with skai® PureLux 2D soft and ALPHA-TAPE®. The companies’ close cooperation has resulted in seamless-looking furniture thanks to the perfectly matched furniture foil and edges.

Authentic wood decors, special textures and surface finishes that beg to be touched – without leaving unsightly fingerprints, of course. When it comes to developing new products for the furniture foil sector, surface expert Continental always draws on its wide range of resources, relying not only on intuition but above all on years of expertise and creativity when it comes to creative work and current trends.

The focus of new creations is always on creating products that not only reflect the latest trends, but also combine the aspects of design and function to harmonious effect.

skai® customers benefit from a comprehensive carefree package thanks to Continental’s close decor partnership with edging tape manufacturer MKT from Ohrdruf in Thuringia. The result of this partnership is seamless-looking furniture because, thanks to the decor alliance, MKT’s range is, almost simultaneously, offering ALPHA-TAPE® edging featuring the same pattern, color and texture as Continental’s skai® PureLux 2D soft

This service brings significant added value to the customer. After all, they can be sure that the furniture foil and edges will match perfectly – not only in terms of color, but also with regard to their functional properties. The deep-matt designer lacquer laminate skai® PureLux 2D soft from Continental, for example, has found its perfect counterpart from MKT in the ALPHA-TAPE® EXCELLENT MATT edging tape.
