Style to the power of 3 – these skai® products will be on show at the A@W
“architect meets innovations” is the slogan of the ARCHITECT@WORK, which takes place in Hamburg on September 13 and 14, 2023. The ideal theme for Continental’s high-quality surface materials, as not one but three exciting artificial leather innovations will be presented.
This year’s Continental exhibits at the ARCHITECT@WORK promise to be a real treat for the eyes, hands and conscience. And rightly so, because with skai® Evida Fiber, skai® Tovosoft EN and skai® Totexo EN, the technology group is presenting three upholstery fabrics that not only impress in terms of sustainability, but also amaze due to their high degree of comfort and ease of care.
skai® Evida Fiber is a material that consists of more than 90% natural and renewable raw materials. In other words, more nature is virtually impossible. In addition to these outstanding inner values, this upholstery fabric also inspires visually, because in design terms, the sustainability aspect is reflected in the form of a special fiber structure. “Visible sustainability” is the keyword here.
The second product to be presented for the first time at the A@W is skai® Tovosoft EN. The focus here is on the extremely soft feel of the material. It is achieved through a voluminous flow effect created with the aid of a fascinating honeycomb structure. The result is a material that invites you to touch it and sink into it. This artificial leather is therefore the perfect companion when it comes to that feelgood factor.
Things become futuristic with the third exhibit: skai® Totexo EN. This upholstery fabric brings a touch of tomorrow to today’s interior design with a textile grain boasting an iridescent matte-gloss effect.
A total of 180 exhibitors will be in attendance at Messe Hamburg on September 13 and 14. Continental will be welcoming architects, planners and more at booth 163 – visitors can register online free of charge via the link below and – if they so wish – also use the digital format.
