New Event Format "Short Process"
Furniture suppliers are stepping up their activities at servicepoint A30 Ostwestfalen.
Since 2007, the corporate network at servicepoint A30 has been inviting its customers from the furniture industry as well as interior designers to discuss and report on trends for the future of furniture and rooms, as well as presenting the latest developments from its suppliers. And the format with currently 2 interesting events per year is now an established industry highlight with national and international guests and network partners. Also the current autumn event, the "Möbelvisionen" on November 10th, 2016 was sold out with 160 registrations in advance.
In addition to the exhibition surrounding the events, the success can also be traced back to the highly interesting lectures, some of which are close to the industry, but also provide a look beyond the bounds of the horizon across all industries.
On November 10, the space psychologist Uwe Linke gave a lecture on "When the man furnishes the apartment – role change as a design impulse" and Mrs. Gabriele Kaiser on current furnishing trends with focus on interior textiles. The guest speaker from the automotive industry was also expected to be particularly enthusiastic. For example, Mr. Johannes Barckmann, Global Design Manager at automotive supplier EDAG, gave an insight into the future of automotive design. Such an exact kind of referent mix is an essential part of the successful concept of servicepoint A30.
In 2017, the network will also be launching a whole new series of events that will focus on technical topics for the first time. Under the motto "short process", not only the developers of the furniture industry are invited, but especially the technicians and plant managers who have to integrate the latest trends in materials and technology into their production.
On February 9, 2017, the industry topics REACH Chemicals Regulation, Surface Resistance and various bonding processes will be presented by top-class experts and subsequently discussed with you. In addition, this new event format offers more time for visitors' questions.
