Sustainability starts on the surface – Continental’s motto for this year’s interzum makes it unmistakably clear where the focus lies for the technology company: on the development of sustainable products that perfectly combine design, global trends, quality and functionality.
The trade show highlights accordingly include products that have a 100% recycled content in the PET polymer, give coffee grounds a second chance and new life, or are 90% biobased in their raw materials. Needless to say, with all these novelties, look and feel are paramount - sometimes a furniture foil looks more real than real wood.
In addition to discovering the latest skai® products at Continental’s booth E040 in Hall 6.1, visitors to the trade show can also experience tomorrow’s interior design trends live today thanks to the latest “GlobalFusion” trend book.
Anyone who wants to experience skai® surfaces directly in use should definitely plan a visit to the ContiHome in the open-air area of Hall 6 North C001. After a refit, the mobile tiny house now showcases the latest innovative materials from Continental and impressively demonstrates how the terms “living” and “home” are defined in the 21st century.
